You will receive a brief orientation to the retreat center and be given time to settle into the environment. On the first evening, You will then have an opportunity to become better acquainted with your fellow participants. Your journey will begin the following morning after breakfast with a brief review of the schedule and an overview of the intense "Dying and Living" program. At this time, you will be ready for the program to start. Over the next five days, you will become progressively immersed in an exploration of dying, death, the afterlife, and rebirth. Specific activities will include breath control techniques to regulate life force energy, guided meditations, formal lessons, and participation in embodied rituals and ceremonies.
